DELIVERY DELAYS: Like many retailers, we are experiencing some delays in supply from our manufacturers. They continue to face challenges due to the impact of Covid-19, which has caused shortages of raw materials and labour, plus transportation delays. This means that in some cases our customers are experiencing delays in receiving their valued orders placed with us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Here at Hatters, we aim to deliver a level of customer service and aftercare that is unique and utterly comprehensive. Our helpful and approachable sales team have both extensive product knowledge and expertise. We are so very proud of the in-store shopping experience we offer, that we urge you to visit our showroom and see for yourself.
We specialise in quality products, which encompass many different styles, fashions and genres. Many of our product ranges are offered with a broad selection of options and specifications, which means that there are often multiple prices for just the one item. It is for this reason that we do not show prices for products on our website, except for ex display clearance items. Please do contact us though, should you require any pricing or further product information, as we would be delighted to help.
From all of us at Hatters, we look forward to starting your Hatters experience with you soon!
